As a fifth-generation Texan, born in Mineral Wells and raised in Granbury, I've always carried the spirit of the Lone Star State in my heart. I graduated from Granbury High School, followed by Weatherford College, and I am slowly pursuing my Bachelor's degree—balancing education with life's demands.

In 2009, I answered the call to serve my country, enlisting in the United States Navy, where I served as an Avionics Technician in Strike Fighter Squadron 154. By 2011, we were deployed aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, contributing to wartime and humanitarian missions. I earned several prestigious awards and medals for my dedication and performance, including the Navy Achievement Medal. Those experiences instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to something greater than myself. Four years after shipping off to bootcamp, I left the Navy as an E-4. 

Returning to Texas in 2014, I rolled up my sleeves for blue-collar work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. But family came first—after welcoming my first child, I relocated back to Granbury, back to my roots, to build a life in the community I love.

It didn't take long to see the cracks in our local leadership. Hood County, under "Republican" control, was plagued by a "Good Ol' Boys" network that had driven infrastructure into disrepair, botched key projects, and failed to attract quality jobs for my hardworking neighbors. Determined to spark change, I dove headfirst into grassroots politics. 

In 2017, I became a precinct chair in the Hood County Republican Party, and by 2019, I was elected Chairman of the Hood County GOP by my peers on the Executive Committee. Though a challenging personal divorce later that year led me to step down—for the party's sake—I remain deeply engaged in the local conservative movement despite these challenges. 

From late 2020 to 2024, I co-hosted The Blue Shark Show, a hard-hitting podcast that put a spotlight on local government, drawing hundreds of local listeners and featuring in-depth discussions on issues like transparency, infrastructure, local elections and other local issues. At the same time, I consulted for Republican campaigns and initiatives.

Since 2019 I've found myself testifying before bodies such as Hood County Commissioners Court, Granbury ISD School Board, the City of Granbury, Hood Central Appraisal District, the Texas House of Representatives, and the Texas Senate—always advocating for transparency, conservative values, and fiscal responsibility.

Over the past decade, I've been instrumental in electing conservative candidates to local and state office, defeating wasteful government bond proposals, and holding our local elected officials accountable to The Constitution & The Republican Party of Texas Platform.

 My efforts make real impacts: organizing Hood County as a Second Amendment Sanctuary, putting together property tax appraisal protest workshops, and spearheading get-out-the-vote efforts that consistently place Hood County among the highest percentage turnout in Republican Primaries and General Election. 

Simply stated, my participation moves Hood County's local government to the Right.

In 2024, I ran a spirited campaign for Hood County Commissioner Precinct 3 in the Republican primary. Though I didn't secure the win, I take pride in how effective the campaign became in highlighting important issues; A few of my proposals led to action, such as downsizing Hood County IT Department, and addressing our side roads and feeder roads ahead of TXDOT's 377 widening expansion. 

The campaign raised a respectable amount of money and earned high-profile endorsements, including from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who lauded my commitment to conservative principles. Other supporters included local leaders and organizations recognizing my track record of service.

Today, as a political advisor and community advocate, I'm more passionate than ever about fighting for Texas values—limited government, strong families, and economic opportunity. Whether through my military service, podcasting, or on-the-ground activism, I'm dedicated to making Hood County and Texas even better for generations to come. 

My family lives on our homestead just outside Granbury city limits, where we raise chickens, keep a garden, and worship Christ.
